What type of service does FLEXSedans offer?

Pick-up/Drop-off Service: If you’re going to one place for a few hours and then need to be picked up later.

Continuous Use Service: If you’re making multiple stops or if you want the FLEXSedan and driver at your disposal for a set length of time.

What types of trips do Members use FLEXSedans for?

Any trip where you would rather let us handle the driving, parking and traffic while letting you focus on your business or fun instead. Like rides to meetings, airport trips, rides to and from parties, nights out, sporting events or anything else you can think of.

How much advance notice do I have to give FLEXSedans to schedule transportation?

All transportation needs to be scheduled through our 24-hour Reservations Center at least two hours before the requested pick-up time.

How do I make a reservation?

Call or text 1-813-866-FLEX (3539), email info@FLEXSedans.com or use our online reservation system. We are open 24 hours a day. Once transportation is scheduled, a confirmation email can be sent to you.

How much does transportation in a FLEXSedans vehicle cost for Pick-up/Drop-off?

All FLEXSedans trips originating in the service area have a minimum charge of $45.00 for up to 45 minutes(with 24 hour notice) or $60.00 for up to 60 minutes(with 2 hours of notice) Once you have met your minimum time requirement after the 45 or 60 minutes, additional time is billed in 15 minute increments at $15 each.

All trips are for up to six passengers. For more that 6 passengers please call, we will use multiple FLEXSedans or send a larger vehicle, depending on your needs.

How much does transportation in a FLEXSedans vehicle cost for Continuous Use?

With a four hour minimum, Continuous Use Service is charged at $45.00/hour.

What if I need to change a reservation?

Call the FLEXSedans Reservation center at 1-813-866-FLEX (3539) as soon as possible. If you cancel or change a reservation with less than a two hour notice, you may be subject to a $15 fee.
